An indispensable whisk

This matcha whisk, also called 'chasen' by Japanese people, is indispensable for the preparation of authentic matcha tea. The whisk is made of bamboo and is ca. 11cm high.

Use

Use this whisk to beat a mixture of hot water and tea powder into a foamy and creamy blend.

Reusable

In traditional Japanese tea ceremonies the chasen is used only once and then thrown away. Our matcha whisk can be reused. After use, thoroughly rinse the whisk and let it dry with the loops faced upwards.
