Pours a clear, pink colour with a foamy, light pink head and strong carbonation is strong. It has a perfumey aroma of tart raspberries. Taste is absolutely delicious with tart, sour raspberries, a dry acidity, and a pleasantly dry finish. Hops and malt are delicate and balance the sweet raspberries. The ingredients are in perfect harmony. An excellent brew.
